• 2024-2025 Open Enrollment will begin on Monday, July 29, 2024 through Friday, August 9, 2024. Currently, changes can only be made with a HIPAA qualifying event. 
     
    Rates have changed, please make sure to check rate sheet for costs effective October 1, 2024.
     
    24/25 Open Enrollment Plan Changes:
    1. Blue Shield HMO's (10, 30, and TRIO) - No plan changes, coverage remains the same. Rates have changed, please see rate sheet for more information.
    Coverage IS changing;
        • Deductible: $300 individual / $600 family (change) (23/24 PPO plan deductible: $200 individual / $500 family)
        • Calendar Year Out-of-Pocket max: $1,000 individual / $3,000 family (remains the same)
        • Coinsurance: 20% after deductible (remains the same)
    Coverage IS changing;
        • Deductible: $3,400 individual / $6,800 family (change) (23/24 HSA PPO plan deductible: $3,000 individual / $5,200 family)
        • Calendar Year Out-of-Pocket max: $6,000 individual / $12,000 family (change) (23/24 HSA PPO annual out of pocket max: $5,000 individual / $10,000 family)
    4. Kaiser 15 and Kaiser 30 - No plan changes, coverage remains the same. Rates have changed, please see rate sheet for more information.
  • All plan and coverage changes will be effective October 1, 2024. Benefits Booklet  is available below. It has a brief description of all the plans offered by the District, employee monthly contributions, employee enrollment information, as well as dependent eligibility guidelines. If you do not want to make any changes you do NOT need to turn in anything. If nothing is received during Open Enrollment, enrolled benefit plans will remain the same (with the exception of Medical and Dependent FSA). Only applicable rate increases and/or plan changes will apply.
